TURNAROUND TIME
• Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for me to complete and ship your painting. message me for a more specific turnaround or for rush options.
• I will let you know when I am starting your painting, and I will send you a preview image for approval before shipping.
• After you approve the final painting, it will be safely packaged in a flat, sturdy and layered cardboard envelope (or box if framed) and shipped to you!

Every painting is done 100% by hand in my unique art style, with home or building as the focus as well as surrounding background included. I can combine photos, change the scenery, do faded edges… let’s chat! Painting is signed and dated on the back, unframed or framed (wood and glass, no mat included) based on selection, and includes a small white border.
